Hakim Muzaher was born in 1967. He worked in the field of helping and making report and photography from situation of Afghan refugees in Pakistan and internal displaced people with Cooperation Center for Afghanistan Organization (CCAO) from 1992-2002.

He was interested in photography, and it was the reason that he has been studying photojournalism. He participated in four weeks photographic workshop on osteology and exhumation of collective grave with human rights experts in ministry of interior. Muzaher is co-founder and one of expert photographers in Justice Service Organization (JSO). He also attended four weeks practical advertisement photography course with Guetta Institute. He participated in photographic master class on topic of story photography and then he became the member of Afghanistan Photographers Network.

Muzaher is working with Civil Society and Human Rights Network (CSHRN) from 2004. He is photographer of CSHRN and also takes photos from his environment. His gallery contains hundreds of valuable photos. 

He is not following any specific school in his career, but he used to different methods and skills in photography. Recently he focuses on human rights subjects.
